Original review updated by user Jul 11, 2021 AMR transferred my minor daughter to another facility AGAINST our wishes. They strapped my daughter down like a wild animal then over sedated her with Ativan. Then they had the nerve to send an outrageous bill for their services AFTER our insurance negotiated payment…

Medical cards

When they picked up my Dad to transport him to the hospital they went through his wallet instead of asking my brother to do it of if the hospital had his information removed his Medicare, ID and social security cards. They could have also handed them to a family member at any time or even once arriving... Read more ➤

Poor service

Shopping Mall '' TheMall '' bought CAT S40. After the purchase, we researched all the features and found that the front camera did not work. After 30 minutes we were back in the store and asked to change the phone or cancel the purchase agreement, but we were told that this can only be done for goods purchased in the online store and the phone itself must be under warranty, as they are only responsible for whether the call function. I am, of course, surprised to ask how, then, with consumer rights and the opportunity to return the product to the store within 14 days, if it is not satisfied and is not to blame for its own fault. I said that I am facing such an attitude for the first time. The woman replied to me that it had been in ancient times... although I didn't really understand what time she was talking about (I am 27 years old and, as I travel a lot,then I would recognize good service because there is something to compare). I didn't argue, but I said the service should improve over the years, not get worse, and I left.
