Fraud, poor service
I purchased a monthly subscription. Apart from the already mentioned fact that when buying a monthly subscription, an open-ended contract is signed, I had a problem getting a visit table. Since I do not attend classes, but only the pool and gym, I registered with the administrator. Later, when I asked you to provide me with a report to submit for insurance, the club manager sent me an email with a reference to the internal rules and refused to issue a attendance table. Very formal and customer-friendly attitude.
