Poor service from the seller

Seller and very kind. Lottery where "home" ice cream can be exchanged for ice cream sticks to exchange ice cream. Top seller in the shop on 07.05.2018. Categorically refuse. The daughter was happy to exchange it for ice cream, where she was told that the car had no brightness and would not pay for the ice cream from her own pocket. Finding out the situation, the seller insulted that the car is not valid and that I may have forged the inscription. Can it really be treated?
