Quality of order fulfillment
Photo services in schools are a very welcome development, especially I can't say a bad word about the quality of Berg's Photo product itself. But the problems start with the execution of additional orders. No matter how much I didn't support it, my son ordered an additional custom wall calendar this year out of his pocket money. After so frequent calls to Berga's Photo Salon and claims about delays in order fulfillment, finally in January (it should be noted that the order was placed in October, if I'm not mistaken, that is, when it takes pictures in schools) my son arrives home with a small pocket calendar, which we we did not purchase the first set of pictures. So how do I call it a mockery? Of course, I have no proof,because at the additional order money (both for pictures and for additional orders) is placed in an envelope, delivered to the salon, no check, of course, than. But there would be a separate story about the documents confirming the transaction, ie checks or receipts, and not for this website. Honestly, my patience is full and I think that other users of such services should be warned as well, ie consider choosing this photo service provider for taking pictures of students, if there are then problems with receiving orders at the right time and quality, in order to however, judging by the price, it should all be perfect.
