Hello. Some time ago I bought 110.shop phone - Just5 Spacer 2 After less than a month the problems started - the phone lock button refused (everything else worked for the phone), so I paid the phone fee for 110.shop warranty repair (they should add that they do not repair on the spot, but pass it on to the Just5 Spacer branch, whose repairers are repairing it.) Everything ended well, I got the phone back after about 3 weeks, but - soon the old fault - everything works again, except for this button. Fee for repairs again, After some time call from 220 and say that the cost of repairs - 60 dollars. I was misunderstood - but I am entitled to warranty repair (considering that the defect was not my fault). To the question - why? I received an answer that because the internal display was damaged as a result of the impact. I refer to repairs, because it was clear that something was not clean, because the phone had not fallen and the screen was in perfect condition - it had not even been scratched. When I arrived to pick up the phone, he was handed to me - with the display completely torn - the top corner was scattered - "spider" across the screen. Then we started a conversation with 220 employees about fraud. The employee remembered me and the condition of the toll phone. - pulled out the transfer deed and confirmed it there - "no visual defects were found" As a result, the 220 employees themselves were endlessly surprised - such a phone was reminded by Just5Spacer employees. As a result, of course, instead of my already diluted phone, the 220 gave me the same thing - a new one. With all this I wanted to express THANK YOU to the oncoming and operative 110.shop employee and to warn the others - to take care of "repairs" from Spacer companybecause it is normal for them to drop the phone themselves, but then try to collect money from the buyer for the screen change.
