Commissioning without warning

A month ago, I went to AuMobile to ask a few questions. I decided to pay the bill at times. I later found out that a commission was charged for paying the bill at the branch without warning ME. I complained, but I was simply informed that this was a normal procedure. If I were warned about the commission, it would be logical for me to pay the bill in the Internet bank. Can I claim a commission that was charged without notice?
