Attitudes towards customers and inaccurate cutting of fabrics

customer preferences, blunt, unkind answers, etc. It could still be tolerated, but the point was made by extremely inaccurate cutting of fabrics -17cm! There have been skewers, bows and a few times, but this case is crazy! I also buy in other fabric stores, but there cut to the required size and even more. I don't think the customer should buy much more fabric than they need because the seller isn't able to pay any attention to what he's doing!
