Will not fill a child's teeth
On May 13 this year, my 6-year-old daughter and I went to the dentist on duty to get the necessary certificate to start school. We were accepted by Sanita Kaufelde. After examining the teeth, she concluded that the daughter has a large hole in one tooth and needs to be filled, because the child finds discomfort. I agreed to do it, because sooner or later the tooth will hurt a lot and you will have to make or pull it out. My daughter was very scared and started crying. The doctor said she could not fill her teeth if she was crying. I tried to persuade my daughter to have her teeth fixed, but she cried and said she was very scared. The doctor said that she did not have time to wait for her daughter to agree to put the seal on, and that it was very important to her what the patients in the queue would think, not wanting them to write letters of complaint, that the doctor bypasses the patients and that the child cries all the time. The doctor also rebuked the child for sitting still and not hitting her chair. She stated that she would not fill her daughter's teeth and I had to go to my dentist. Unfortunately, our doctor shibanova's appointment is only at the end of September. In the statement we needed for the school, Dr. Sanita Kaufelde wrote that rehabilitation is needed. Consequently, the family doctor will also not be able to provide an appropriate document that the daughter has perfectly healthy teeth to go to school. I do not understand Dr. Kaufeld's actions. I can deduce the unprofessional rejection of her work, but the importance of those sitting in line thinking about how a small child behaved in her office. My daughter and I especially found time on a working day, I had to ask for free hours at work to go to the clinic to get the necessary certificate for school. I hope that my letter will make the doctor think about her job responsibilities and that next time she will do her job brilliantly and be able to find access to the little patient.
