Poor service
Yesterday, of course, I locked the phone through my own fault. I tried to call my operator AuMobile. A melody sounded for 40 minutes and an encouragement to wait a moment. I called the other phone number, it turns out that it does not exist, although it is indicated on the AuMobile website. It is interesting that in the meantime I was able to call both Biti and Telstra. I understood one-if the phone had been stolen at 21:00, it would not be possible to turn it off, because communication with AuMobile is not possible. In the morning I went to unlock the phone. 14:30 called me and asked how I could be helped. Nice, no! At 17:30 they finally answered me too My AuMobile. Very "mobile" operator. I'm currently considering changing operator.
