Fraud, poor service
Fraud and very poor service! In October, a consultant called, persuaded to connect additional mobile data (had to spend a little more Internet that month than usual). I said it would be beneficial - to try it and if I like it, I will be able to use it in the future. It was reported as a simple trial, but it turned out to be connected on a permanent basis. I stumbled upon it when I bought my bee profile in mid-November. It is not possible to disconnect it yourself (you can connect everything quickly, disconnect it no!). Outraged, I called a consultant to find out what the case was. Promised to disable the service. It’s hard to describe my outrage when a big bill came again this month! I called the customer service center again to find out what the extra charge is 4 AUD. (fee for tariff plan 5. 95, there were no 'expensive' calls - all at 00). About what? About the "communication error", yes, my call was received last month. And it's nothing that I haven't even used all the mb included in the tariff, let alone extra data! Turns out I'm guilty of noticing this extra service only in November (first half of the month, by the way!). Is the bill more than half a month? And yes, 4 AU$ is also money and I don't want to pay for it for formality and "error". The consultant understands everything, but cannot do anything (= does not want to). "you could use that data". Namely, the culprit itself. How fair is that at all?! You need to look for another operator.
