Poor quality product, poor service
I will never buy from this online store myself again and I do not recommend others to do so to save unnecessary worries! It came with a low-quality hard drive - it sounded like a 10-year-old computer. That's why I sent the computer back to the warranty service. As a result, no money (+ additional delivery costs), no computer and no response from the service for three weeks - no defect is detected. In addition, the service and attitude from the online store is terrible - there is no answer when promised, you have to call and inquire yourself (do not answer e-mails), the attitude is: "Buy the computer yourself, then deal with your problems yourself". When I sent the computer, I packed everything up beautifully, as well as the first time I received it, back I got very nailed simply by putting in a computer with its accessories. In addition, the warranty card was not returned. For the extra funds, I replaced the hard drive, the difference is noticeable, the computer is finally quiet, as it is for a brand new computer. But no defect was found in the service... As a result, I have spent a much larger amount of money on this computer than planned + bitterness from poor service and indifferent attitude. In short, complete disappointment.
