Repeated delivery of parcels not addressed to us.

Nothing. No reply whatsoever from Amazon. Absolutely useless. Have contacted them numerous times. Useless. User’s recommendation: Ensure you give detailed delivery instructions including e.g. end house in the cul-de-sac or the house with the red door etc.
