This is not actually a complaint. It’s a follow-up on my company driver’s package with Amazon Relay that was submitted after the necessary insurance criteria was met. But till now, I haven’t gotten an approval or rejection notice. However, as an owner operator, I’m still interested hauling for Amazon Relay.

One way communications from Amazon is the major problem. Counting amazon related failure against driver performance is the other problem and finally having dispatchers in another country make it difficult for drivers and contractors to be on the same page. I demand respect and I must get it so are all the drivers.
