Very poor service, for paid services
I checked in with Lor by phone on 31. 08. 2017, at 11. 00. I left on time, paid AU$ 32 for a visit to the reception and went to the specified office. The large crowd at the office was embarrassed. It turns out that there is still a live queue. 12 people in a row! Most with leaves from a mandatory medical examination. At 11. 10 accepted a patient whose appointment was at 10. 00. So a guaranteed queue should be spent at least two hours. Retirees may be able to afford to sit for hours, but I can't afford it. Pay AU$ 32 and sit for at least two hours? And doctors are still demanding money. What if they can't even provide a meaningful paid service. By the way,the time of my visit to this doctor on the board at the outpatient clinic is not shown at all as an appointment.
