Trying to cancel order going to wrong address

I changed address order went through got email. An had wrong address. So called to cancel because I couldnt change it only was few minutes. He couldnt help me at all which is ridiculous! Unable to deliver message

My last order has disappeared from my order list and before disappeared I noted a delivery attempt but unable to track as was not on order list anymore. Amazon said it would be redelivered on the 22nd. User’s recommendation: Where did the order go off my page still not there weird.
