Customer Service

Today I spend an hour at the DNB purciems branch, you have to have the numbers in the same room at the entrance. The service of natural persons is not supported by the Disability or Extraordinary Customer Service at DNB Bank. (disabled are no longer beneficial customers) to sit. Worked two girls one of them came to the people and asked why they arrived and ate outside the order for their advantageous clients. Why then should numbers be taken at all?
