No refunds for a new item with a defect!
Second teapot, in a row with a defect! I ordered the first one via the Internet, checked at home, did not break the water. I ordered another kettle from Philips, with a surcharge. 18.09.2020 I received at the Post Office, we checked, 1 time won as if normal, 2 times I saw, I went to do homework when I came to the kitchen, the kettle was still boiling water (there was a full kettle, half the water in the hawks). 21.09.2020 I wrote a deposit for the return of money, for another defective product. I received an oral answer that the money will not be returned, that the product seems to have been tested and is working. I asked to send a written answer about this in order to contact the CRPC, replied that I have to wait 15 dabra days for their answer. I do not recommend this body! No apologies for the inconvenience (although you have bought the large appliances, computer, TV, etc. in this store.) You are damaging your nerves and wasting time.
