They don’t care, period. They lie, deny, and deceive. Lesson learned, we will inquire from all merchants who they use and will refuse to purchase if they offer this “white glove” company’s name. Horrrible – Wondering why no one suing this Compnay

Their website doesn’t work with their own tracking numbers. They do not believe in taking phone calls from the customer. Wondering how they are still in the business!
