Refused to cancel order for out of stock item

I thought my experience with this company would be better, but it was not. I ordered an instrument from Alto music, and it was clearly listed in the advertisement that it was on order from the manufacturer, which meant to me that it could be ordered from them and sent to me because it was on stock....
