Poor service, hoax
I have been waiting for 3 weeks for the product promised to be delivered by the end of the week (within 3 days). New excuses every week. How to deceive customers: 1) the product is on the spot (it is indicated on the website) 2) When ordering, I ask if the product is on the spot and whether it will be available this week - answer: yes, the product is in the supplier's warehouse (Poland), the product will be delivered 2-4 days 3) It takes a week no product - answer: the product is delayed by the supplier's warehouse 4) it takes another week - the product is delivered to Poland DPD 5) another week - Poland DPD still takes the product to US (absurd) 6) The product is in United Kingdom and delivered DPD - goods still not available :) Deception of deck customers! I will be shopping online for 10 years! I place orders every month. Aircomnet ordered goods 3 times in 2 years. All orders through the asshole. Either do not take the product back or delay delivery! a very unprofessional team.
