Fraud
I use TRIPSTA, an electronic ticketing company. The flight was to Turkey-Antalya. Due to recent events in Turkey, I was left unsafe about the safety of my health and even my life, so I wanted to reschedule my flight. Unfortunately, the company refused to change this. They also do not want to change passengers or make any changes. No refund was made. As a result, I lost 250 dollars. For me as a student it is a lot. If you want to lose your money, use TRIPSTA services. A terrible, fraudulent company. Probably in this way you make money by living at the expense of people! I will never use this community again!
