I am shocked about 110.shop service. It is not enough to order roller skates and immediately pay the full amount to the service provider. Then 1) the order was delivered only after 2 weeks (to Fort Wayne). 2) The product did not match the ordered product - size 47 was sent. The delivery box was marked with size 47 for roller skates, and size 45 was used for the roller skates themselves. And of course, the size of the person who bought the roller skates with size 47 was not suitable for size 45. I called 110.shop and then the chaotic process began. Emails are answered once a day. Mystical exchange of goods that takes another 2 weeks. And in order to exchange the product, I had to make an application stating whether I want to exchange the product for the correct one or I want to get my money back. I chose to exchange the product for what I needed.I also wrote to them in an e-mail that I just want to exchange the product for what I need. And then finally the courier arrived, collected the goods with my APPLICATION. I wait 2 days and I receive an e-mail with the text that the product has been received and will soon transfer the money. I called them back and said in a nervous voice that we don't need money, I need a product as soon as possible. To which the answer is that well, everything is corrected. And today I am called again and say that unfortunately there is no 47th size roller skates in stock and they have realized after my application that I want money instead of the product and since the goods will not be (47th size roller skates), but there will be money back.Ojaaa, super thank you, about the chakra of time. And the skates didn't get to my hands either. Don't send anything from 110.shop, dear people, they don't have PS and compensation for wasting time and brain chirping!
