Pinku nams

I had heard about Salon Alice-Pinku nams a long time ago, but we have never used the services of this salon, because it is very good own hairdresser. It so happened that my and my child's hairdresser (one person) went on annual leave for a month. I had forgotten to make a timely appointment and it turned out that I had missed a visit to the hairdresser for a month for myself and my child (I have a 3-year-old boy). To make it more interesting for a child, I am looking for a hairdresser that is most suitable for a child with an understanding attitude towards an active three-year-old boy. I called the salon Alice-Pinku nams and applied for a visit on Saturday 18.03.2020. While making the note, I warned the administrators that the client would be both my son and me. I have half-length hair will need to be dyed and cut (usually included in 1-1.5 hours), a child only a short haircut (usually 20-30 minutes). My only request was to make a timely choice so that the color was applied to me, and the child would adopt and play in the meantime. After waiting for the color to take effect, I sit with the child while his hair is cut. Based on my request, a note we had on Saturday at. 09:00 in the morning. There is no problem with that, we get up around 07:00, drive to the hairdresser for 7 minutes. It all started when we arrived. I was immediately told that the child would stay in a separate room without seeing me, because the hairdresser has other clients and she would not have an hour to cut her hair. Okay, I didn't say anything, I went with the child in the part of the children's cabin, if I didn't say it, it is on the opposite side of the adult hall, through the entrance room. The process of cutting the hair began, the child complained that he was in pain (roughly with a basket on his head). As I comforted him, I sat next to him, and after a moment another hairdresser approached and with the phrase, "I need this chair," wiped me off. I probably don't answer that I am in the 8th month of pregnancy. It would be hard for me to stand for an hour on foot. Really realizing this, in the end I was offered a chair standing next to me, which was identical to the one taken away. I return to a child who became more and more grumpy with this attitude. My boy instructed the hairdresser to blow-dry his hand to blow the fallen hair with his hand. For which it was a gross reprimand to sit in peace and not take her belongings (had not yet managed to take anything in her hand). The child had a second attempt to tell him to blow his hair, which already had a half-blowing tone. In response, I asked the hairdresser to treat us more kindly. At my request, just dropped the cutting accessories and we were left in the hall without a hairdresser. I waited a moment and went to look where our hairdresser had stayed. To which the administrator replied that I had offended her. And I was invited to dye my hair so that the child would stay with his head cut in half. I thank you and replied that I had changed my hair color in this salon. I approached the hairdresser, who had to dye my hair, apologized for the downtime and went to dress the baby. I do not think that asking for kindness can be considered an insult to throwing you cutting tools. Now the holidays will have to be spent with unpainted hair (I have a name day today) :) and a child with cut hair. I do not recommend visiting this salon! Do not spoil your mood and God does not give you a feast!
