I understand that I had to unpack the package when I received the product, but as I am a long-term customer of a topshop, I hope that we will be able to find a common solution to exchange the product (paying the necessary difference). Therefore, call the customer service number. Unfortunately, the owner of the insistent and disinterested voice, without even trying to find a common solution to the problem, stopped talking half-heartedly.
