Fraud
I read all the reviews and realized that my case is the worst. I pay for the order (bed) in the amount of 100% on 01. 10. 2020. In Adelaide store, the deadline was 3 weeks. After 3 weeks I couldn't call the manager of Emerald Raivo Simanovski because he didn't pick up the phone. I contacted the Devonport store. where Raivi helped me find it, he was forced to call me back and said that the bed is ready the only firm waiting for the fabric and I will receive my order by the end of the month. A week passed - neither in bed nor calling with explanations. Today is November 3. Raivis does not lift the handset - he disappears again. I called the Melbourne store, where they tried to help me. It turned out that the manufacturers do not have such an order at all. Now I still have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back. (to be honest, I highly doubt it)
