Meter accuracy questioned. Was clarified immediately by customer service rep. Did Goid job but was acting condescending and annoyed by call. User’s recommendation: Watch bills for dates, and accuracy. Check meter numbers.

I also bought a phone and after a month the problem appeared I took it for warranty repair, after a month returned from the service the same unrepaired back, For the second time, I wrote a claim application for a change of goods in the store, called a week later and said that I could go to the store to choose a new phone, so I was lucky!
