Poor service

The second time I was a Vodafone customer and I realized that I didn't want to join this company anymore. I took the tablet and paid for it. I connected the Internet in the countryside, but since there was no good coverage, I did not use the Internet, but paid for those two years of the contract. The tablet does not go, because the contract for the tablet, as I explained, is like a framework contract, so Vodafone uses its right to lock the device. Well, I don't use a router anymore.
