All 4 chairs that were expensive and are ONLY 3 years old are falling apart due to rust. They say the warranty does not cover this….they are OUTSIDE chairs. BS User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT.
I bought an A &;;;;;;;;; R closet system at Lowes. Looks good, product is horrible. A nightmare to install. I spent more time fixing this garbage than installing it!! It basically deteriorated in my hands. The system is all cheap pressed board and it falls apart as you assemble it. Do not buy this.
Bought two fans for $530 and neither will work!!! Both have power. After reviewing reviews it seems this is common. No customer service number that is transparent or with someone who answers. We are taking them back and getting a petition together for Lowes to stop carrying this brand. User’s recommendation: Don’t EVER buy Allen & Roth.
