Poor service

After a friend's feedback that it was a comfortable mattress with big discounts, I also went to buy it. It all started nicely, although the quality of the mattress is not to blame (although I have now begun to doubt it after this "great" service), the production of the mattress did not take too long, but everything related to and around the delivery is Let's start with the fact that delivery to the Melbourne district, in this case Sunshine Coast, costs 40 dollars, but the seller on the spot said that we try to find our own transport, because the mattress can be folded even in the universal passport (albeit spring, but made after new technologies and can therefore be folded in a C-shape). However, I couldn't find the transport, I negotiated delivery only after a weekbecause you see you can bring it so far only on Fridays.. Friday is coming and I am waiting for the mattress, but I don't remember him, he calls, checks everything and says that it was a busy day, forgot to write down the delivery, now again only to wait for the next Friday. This time a transport is found, a Volkswagen minibus (it should work, if you can even fold it in the passport). On the day we go after the mattress and we are at the place of receipt, no one picks up the handset at least 15 times sending the guy right away. The guy, of course, doesn't come, we call again, after a while he comes. Bring the mattress in a completely torn package, and when asked why such a package is answered, she does not know - it only works on the fourth day. With such a package you can't put him in that bus, there's a lot to watch on. OK good,however, let's negotiate their delivery again for those astronomical 40 dollars. I finally got to that mattress, but now I don't understand how such a solid block could be put in a passat, so why do you work there, if you don't understand what mattresses are there or not for you? Now there are also problems with getting to the premises, but this is another story.. in short, the service there is definitely not arranged and something needs to be done with it urgently!
