Poor service
I broke the display on my Sony Z1 compact. I turned to REMOB.com, where I was promised to exchange for a new ORIGINAL DISPLAY for 100 USD. When I gathered the phone the next day I noticed that the display shines with a red hue and the brightness is brighter than it was before. I brought the phone back to REMOB.com, where after the diagnostics it was admitted that it had put on a free display. The master said that a new display will have to wait a week and will have to pay an extra 15 dollars. To the question of what I have to pay then, if they themselves admitted that they put on a blank display, the answer was that I tore the protective film and the manufacturer did not accept. We did not receive any call from REMOB.com after a week. Calling himself after TWO weeks, the master said that the display is and I can carry the phone, and reminded that you will have to pay 20 dollars. To which I objected and said that the first conversation was for 15 dollars. When I received the phone a second time from the repair, I noticed that the display does not have the SONY logo, I ask the master whether this display is an original, to which I received an answer that it is not the original, but is also good and if you want the original. then it costs hard money. REMOB.com also does not give checks, for the first change of the display for not receiving a check for 100 dollars, I will only receive a receipt in which nothing specific has been written (receipt number, acceptance date and my signature). Therefore, I promise the original display for 100 USD from REMOB.com I will NOT receive it. I warmly recommend not to bring your "years" to REMOB.com for repairs, because they talk very nicely on the phone, but you will hardly be satisfied with the result.
