27. 05. In the evening I topped up via the Internet bank Zelta zivtina, had to hurry to the concert and hurriedly left the phone at home. My big surprise was 28. 05.. As proof I sent a bank printout and later data usage from my phone. Then Telstra wrote that the payment had taken place, but I had spent mobile data. 1. my phone was alone in a turned on house and I got applications that would spend data or automatic settings to restore programs; 2. I have strong wifi and the phone was in this room and that means that even if the data were turned on, the wifi would still be stronger; 3. my phone data shows that no data has been used in this time period (see pictures) 4. if the amount of daily max data is spent, Telstra sends a warning sms, but this has not happened. They were not very good on their part. The amount was not large, but the principles are enough for me.
