Auxiliary School Level service. The shipment arrived faster than the delivery itself in Australia. Sending some emails, I reply, waiting for days. Then unable to pick up the handset, call back, there says that all operators are busy, again followed by an email with the text: you did not answer the call so will deliver tomorrow.
