poor service
On May 8, 2016, I flew to Dublin. Departures are currently from sector C1. I was very surprised at how the departure is currently being organized. Arrived on time (2 hours ahead of time). The sector must go down the stairs. People were already standing on the stairs and it was difficult to miss luggage. I drove off the elevator- in front of the crowd and again can't miss to sit down. The sector itself is bounded by tapes and behind them two rows of empty seats. But no one is allowed to sit down. This interferes with boarding. You know, the feeling that a person is not important - everyone has to stand on their feet, because that's the order. But no one wants to change this order to be occupied by passengers. Isn't cultural service for passengers a priority at the airport? Or just the other way around - mockery. It is not at all difficult to rearrange the boarding from one side of the hall and free up space on the benches. Airport management! Please think about people and rearrange sector C1. Sincerely, Sarmite
