A year ago, I bought a computer at an AZ Store that broke. 27.11 I submitted the computer to the warranty service, accepting the product, the seller said that the warranty service for 30 days. Already at 4.01, without receiving any information, I called the service, where they answered that it still takes 2 weeks (maximum), but even after 2 weeks, no information was followed from the service. When I wrote or called, the answer was one: "let's clarify, let's redial". When the time was up, I filed a complaint with the management, but the answer shocked me: either wait for the repair, the time, although I do not specify, no one answers... it may be after half a year, or they are ready to return 50% of the amount. A new computer goes out of order within a year (production defect) with careful use and is 50% worn out. Given that I am a regular customer of this company, this attitude is considered fraudulent!
