I called this company to come out because a previous plumber had installed a shut off water valve to fridge water line incorrectly. I was informed All Pro bought them out yet the name on the web site is still O'Brien Plumbing. Turns out the are a major corp who just hires subs to do the work...

On January 12, 2020, I placed an order on the AZ Electronics website azstore.ca. I ordered scales and external ssd (+ shipping costs = 149.47 €). Two days later I received a call from Rd and I was told that "Ssd we don't have and we can't order, money will be returned, scales will be sent on 18.01." The scales were sent on the due date, but the funds for ssd were not returned. I wrote several emails in the following days, but I didn't get anything more than "we'll contact you soon", not even an answer to the question of how long to wait until the money is returned. I would like to draw attention to the once mentioned "we don't have ssd and we can't order either" - if so, then why is this product still on the azstore.ca website but its price has been increased by almost 20 dollars? Then you have a specific ssd, don't you? Or is this the case when just AZ Electronics wanted to get down some extra money? If I remember correctly, the Price was changed shortly after the call I received on 14.01. In one of my e-mails, I mentioned that I expected some human understanding, however, it seems that the store is deliberately dragging the money back to the 30 days required by law. It is worth mentioning that my last letter was simply ignored by the store, so today (23.01.2020) I posted this complaint here. I attach screenshots and a link to the Internet archive to the complaint, so that I do not then tell me that I have fabricated this suspicious fact of price changes myself.
