4 months before I got the bed
I ordered the bed - promised after a month, 10 phone calls and 2 months later send the bed in a different color, took back and said to repaint within a week, aktal a lot of phone calls and promises until I had to call from another phone because my no longer answered. So another 2 months later they brought a bed whose color is something in the middle between what was and what it had to be. In order to put the bed together, I had to drill holes myself, because I forgot to drill everywhere for many months and those that were unfortunately drilled at an angle.
