11. In January, I ordered a retired phone in an online store. This is very necessary for a person of respectable age (94 years), because the previous phone had just broken. It is very, very important for this person to be able to call at the moment due to their health condition. The item was displayed as available in AZ Electronics store. So pay and expect delivery within 2-3 days. However, the biggest scam is that only after the transfer of money is notified of the delay of the goods. Even twice. First delivery was promised on January 26 - so within 2 weeks (!), But one day before the promised delivery, in the evening I received a text message that the product will be delivered only on February 10 - so we still have to wait 2 weeks! Then it turns out that the product travels from the warehouse in Quebec to the customer for one month?! I am essentially a polite person, but right now my mayor is full. Know AZ Electronics management: go tak d.. rst with your lying online store! The product ordered from Germany, England will arrive faster than when ordering from your cheat store. You can check my customer data - I have bought all my household appliances in your store. I will not buy anything there anymore and I do not recommend anyone else to do it! And don't think of me writing some bullshit "we're very sorry for the inconvenience to the supplier, blah, blah, blah" I don't want to hear anything from your lying store anymore.
