Warranty Disclaimer

Hello! After a little more than a year of use for a paid purchase, the battery of the Iphone 5s Telstra service center in the Melbourne Mall store has been damaged. When I handed over my phone to the service center, I received a disclaimer of warranty: the phone has mechanical damage. Q: How might they affect the performance of my phone battery? It can already be said that Apple is responsible for the Iphone warranty, but I signed a contract with Telstra. The payment period will end and I will change operator 100%. The conclusions can be drawn by everyone... PS The display is not damaged (I tried to tell it!). You can assess "mechanical damage" in the pictures.
