Warranty / LG Optimus L 40
On August 7, in the RD Elekrtronic online store, I bought a mobile phone LG Optimus L 40, after about two months this phone appeared defective, the phone arbitrarily turns off and turn on him can only be plugged in. I took the phone back to the store, where I was guaranteed to return the money within two weeks if no mechanical damage was found in the phone. After two weeks I was called from the customer service center and asked to wait some more time on the pretext very busy. I agreed and waited for less than two weeks and today at 11.04 I get a call from the customer service center and announce that moisture has been found on the phone, due to that the money will not be returned to me but for 40 dollars they are willing to fix the phone.I read in the comments about this store reviews and realized that I was thrown like many others.
