Ok, we paid 15 € to tell us that yes, we need to change the tire. Ok, we call - yes, the tire through, we have to pay another 35 €, but we have our own spare wheel, which I also said at the beginning that I will give - The price drops to 15 €. Do you agree? Yes, you put on top. Be prepared for the evening. At the beginning I asked about deadlines, I was answered in 1-2 days, depending on the workload of the masters. It takes almost a week - no news. When calling the service, no one knows how to answer - the system shows that the repair is complete, but if you have not called, then wait. How long? Nobody knows. Who to ask? There is no answer either. Call the masters? Not possible. The most complete customer chacing - sit waiting, at least a month,to fit the tire, which takes no more than 30min. At the beginning, 1 day is promised - in the end, perhaps an indefinitely indefinite deadline for such a "complex" repair with diagnostics.
