Incompetent salesman

Tonight I went to Telstra TC Origo, I honestly stood up in line to buy a gift for my husband, eventually ruining the evening and leaving! The young guy refused to give me information about the credit limit available to me, confused my data, stated that I am not a customer! And argued against it! I didn't receive the service either! I went to the Telstra tunnel, there a different attitude everything was said, probably a different policy, just a pity that not the model I wanted! Thanks to the young person for years of public embarrassment!
