Lack of Communication
I referred to the traumatologist at the doctor's referral at the first available time. I had to wait in line for more than a month. When the queue arrived, the receptionist said the shipment was not valid and I had to pay or wait another month. I said I was not told on the phone that this would be a paid visit because I signed up for a state-paid visit. I was told that I said I did not hear and was listening, deaf. Now I have been waiting for more than a month and have to wait more than a month again. You would have signed up for a private practice with your preferred doctor.
