Spectacle frame

I ordered glasses and spectacle frame. As a result, when I picked up the glasses, it is a completely different spectacle frame than I chose. I am very angry and shocked. Because when I said it's not mine, which I chose, they say - prove it. If you want that frame then you have to buy it. When I come, I have thrown a lot of money into the wind, because I do not like and do not fit the spectacle frame. I am disappointed. Their attitude is awful.
