Rude Treatment of Passengers

The man entered the train who wanted to buy a ticket on the train by paying with a payment card. After being warned by the controller that it was not possible to pay with a card on this train, the man tried to buy a train ticket using the pv.org website (he did it for the first time). After several minutes of unsuccessful attempts to buy a ticket online, instead of helping the passenger, the ticket controller began threatening the man with the police and expelling him.For more than 10 minutes, reprimands, threats and reproaches were raised against the man in high tones. As a result, the man was expelled from the train. I believe that JSC "Passenger Train" should be more careful in assessing the suitability of its employees for the position. The ticket controller must not only be able to stamp tickets, but also accept the treatment of train passengers and advise them in case of confusion.
