Poor service
Feedback. I do not recommend anyone to celebrate events in the center of the bowlero, the big 27th. I called two months in advance, spoke all the moments, the place where we would sit, food, drinks, etc. T., then I came to speak in person and pay. However, when we arrived with our guests on their birthday, at the appointed time, for the first time no one met us and did not even arrive until we delivered ourselves. Then in front of all the guests the employee started to say food, as if for the first time, but I had said everything a long time ago, then we were seated right where I did not want to sit, the Greek said it, the table was empty, uncovered, there was shame in front of guests, it's rude at least,I also asked for it in advance, no one came to us to clear the table during the whole evening, we had to do it ourselves on our birthday. Then the greatest disrespect for us was with taking the cake, no one did it until one of the guests came to pray! However, it was taken out at the very end of the event, when a taxi driver came after us and had to leave, of course no one wants a cake or anything! It was such a shame in front of the guests, of course there was no mood on my birthday, the evening was completely spoiled, I have not met such an attitude anywhere, anywhere, I am sorry that this year I chose to celebrate my event right in the bowlero center!
