No Refund

On May 6, 2018, I applied for a refund in the form of a TheMall gift card., we still don't get it. On 15.05, 12.05 and 08.06 the specified emails were sent with the question when I received my gift card, but we still received no reply. I believe that the Polling Center is acting dishonestly without sending the promised compensation and not replying to emails. At the same time, I am still receiving an invitation to conduct a questionnaire.
