Incomplete product

When you bought a 3D TV that had 3D glasses included, it just wasn't there. There was their packaging, instructions, but there were no glasses themselves. The store just "shot" - it is not possible, we have pulled it out, lost it, etc. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything there - it is better to go down 3 floors and buy in a regular store - it will be both cheaper and calmer - this store does not in any way justify the name "online store".
