About delivery of incorrect goods

I leave after the goods, but there is only a mat, the other goods are not, although the invoice has been drawn up and refunded for 3 goods. I write and say that I am missing 2 items, they apologized and sent the missing items after a few days. Ok, be that as it may, everything is already happening, but the biggest problem was with the dance mat. When I opened the post, I found that it was not the right dance mat I ordered, but another one.
