Very poor service
In November I ordered a product from the website dormeo.org for which I paid about 60 €. 11. In December, I received a shipment for which I paid at the time of receipt of the goods and which I opened late at night on the same day and found that the wrong goods were being sent (worth € 30: d). The next day I contacted the dormeo operator and explained to me that in order to send the wrong product back through Australian pasts, I only indicate in the parcel that the parcel is free, so I don't have to cover the parcel (nothing else was marked) and I sent the real product back. I did that too, I immediately went and sent it back. Promised that I would get my desired product back next week. It took 2 weeks when nothing was received, the call... I'm told "full ears",that the shipment has been sent and I have to wait, because it is not their fault, the fault is the Australian Post, the holiday season and will definitely be the first working week after the new year. Okay... I'm waiting.. The first holiday week of the new year is passing, again than... Call, say that you need to name the return postcode, name it, I answer that the money I paid was sent out, but not the product I was waiting for. I ask how it can be that how many times I was promised that I can expect a product, not money. It has arrived on 8. 01. 18. And I expect there is no goods or money. Promised to get the money next week. Hopefully, but I don't know what to do next. I don't want to leave it that way. : (
