Poor service

Position excellent service with fast delivery, ie within two working days. to receive the product directly on a specific business day. The order profile contains false information with the status that the product has been "shipped", but of course there is no information from the delivery service. Because Douglas just hasn't sent out what the operators refuse me to do nothing about. There is absolutely no communication with the customer, no communication to warn or change the delivery address.
